Martin joined Cairngorm Capital in 2022 as an Operating Associate. He is an experienced business change professional, leading on transformational initiatives through Business Analysis & Programme Management.
Outside of the office Martin is a keen tenpin bowler, playing internationally for Scotland in recent years.
